Mediterranean Saidia resort
Morocco is dominated by the Mediterranean climate made temperate by the influence of the Atlantic Ocean in the Northern and Southern parts of the country. In the centre, the climate is continental with significant temperature differences. The Atlas region is moist with frequent snow.
Morocco is a magical North African tourist destination, boasting stunning coastal and mountain scenery, deserts, orchards, palaces and medinas, and its northern, unspoilt Mediterranean shores are as accessible as the rest of Southern Europe's beaches. A country, whose tourist market grew an amazing 18% last year, and is undergoing continuous improvements to its infrastructure, is a strong candidate for Morocco property investment.
Saidia is the first of several projects destined to launch Morocco into the realms of a premier tourist destination and Saidia property investment hotspot. Here investors have the opportunity to purchase right from the start. Here are some details on this exciting new revolution. Special care has been taken at Mediterrania Saidia over the layout and orientation of the homes, so that each one enjoys views of the beach and golf course from its verandah or terrace large outdoor parking area access to the restricted area is through the service facilities building where the reception is located leafy walks with fountains and gardens apartments features terraces with sea and golf course views with iron or wooden railings double glazed outside joinery in PVC or wood.
Saidia is a coastal resort and is set to become one of Europe 's greatest tourist locations. The white sandy beaches are superb and the sea is crystal blue, with over 17 beach clubs in absolutely beautiful surroundings.
Mediterranean Saidia consists of 11 three-story blocks with 6 apartments per doorway. Each block has a residents’ Service and maintenance area. 22 one-bedroom, 166 two-bedroom and 40 three-bedroom apartments with one bathroom per bedroom, kitchen and lounge-dining room. Verandah’s with private gardens on the ground floor, terrace on the first floor and sun terrace on the second floor are also included.
Mediterrania-Saïdia is a must for golf lovers, with an excellent range of golfing facilities, including three 18-hole golf courses. The offerings of the 840-berth marina include: customs, a harbour master's office, control tower, tourist information centre, and repair shops, among others. An ideal location for sailing, it is one of the largest marinas in the Mediterranean. The distinctly exceptional hotels located within the resort offer a range of services and experiences designed to satisfy and delight a variety of guests.
The city Saidia is lively and the locals area easy going with a good assortment of bars, restaurants and shops. The area is ideal for all types of water sports, with a lovely bay providing a safe place for bathing and sailing.
Saidia is also one out of a handful of resorts designed for Moroccans on holiday, but it is a good destination even for foreigners. The beach is first class, and as clean as it gets, the city lively, and people easygoing. But with the present situation in Algeria, and with the border no more than few hundred meters away, Saidia has lost much of its attractiveness. There is little to see around here, but the traditional folk music festival of August gives the city a distinct attraction, which every year entices a good number of foreign tourists. But by September, the city empties so drastically that you almost can feel the absence of the summer visitors.
